The sitter/nanny/daycare provider must be at least 16 years old. 

The sitter/nanny/daycare provider will be allowed to attend the pool only when sitting the submitting homeowner's child/children and will not be allowed to bring guests of other children.

Babysitter/nanny/daycare provider must abide by all of the pool rules and regulations set forth by the HOA. 

It is the responsibility of the Homeowner to provide the sitter/nanny/daycare provider a copy of the rules and regulations. 

Failure to abide by the above may result in a termination of the sitter/nanny/daycare provider's approval for use of the pool area.
