• Security deposit refunded if the clubhouse is returned to the original condition.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the security deposit.
   

Important

• This reserves the clubhouse only, not the use of the pool unless approved by the BOD of Greenhills HOA.

• I, the homeowner, assume all responsibilities, risks, liabilities, and hazards incidental to the activities and hereby release and forever discharges the Association, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and members, (past, present, and future) from all claims, costs, causes of action and liability for personal injury or death and damage to or destruction of property arising from my use of the clubhouse and its appurtenances.
