Dues
Greenhills' homeowners and lot owners are responsible for HOA dues in the amount of $40.00 per month. These dues are assessed quarterly. At the time of closing, all HOA dues should be prorated between the seller and the buyer.

Board Meetings
Monthly Board meetings are held at the Bittersweet Clubhouse on the fourth Thursday of every month except November when the meeting is held on the third Thursday. No meeting is conducted in December. All members are invited to attend. An Annual Meeting takes place in January of each year.
Pool and ClubhousE
A key to the pool/tennis court will be issued to the new homeowner once they have attended one Board Meeting. The Greenhills pool and clubhouse are available to all homeowners and their families. Please reviews the rules and regulations for the pool and clubhouse.

Covenants
Please be aware that all properties in the Greenhills area of Junction City are bound by the Greenhills HOA Covenants and Restrictions as well as any recent updates and Addendums.
A copy should be given to all buyers before closing. All new buyers should sign a receipt once they have received a copy and have reviewed the documents.
